A good all round performance at The Sportsway, in a replay of the 2005 Staffordshire Intermediate Cup Final, gives Burntwood a winning springboard for this year's final vs. Willenhall on May 4th.

Burntwood's league campaign finished with a win over Selly Oak to end up in 5th place. Considering they had not won a league match for 13 months up until October 20th 2007 then this is quite an achievement. The club celebrated our second President's Day with lots of ex-Burntwood stars from days gone grabbing their boots from off the shed wall and enjoying an afternoon of rugby at The Sportsway once more.
